Dance in nature
Science confirms today that the relationship with nature helps us to be healthier and happier. It’s something we feel instinctively, when we have the chance to spend more time in nature. I Dance You calls you in the middle of nature to get inspired by it at the deepest level possible.
During this sessions you:
– (re)discover yourself in a natural environment;
– feel inspired by the elements of nature and integrate them into your dance;
– explore your instinctual side;
– take a break to be yourself.

We organize both half-day workshops and 2-day, 3-day or 7-day camps.
Dances in nature for longer periods have a strong impact on the participants because they undergo a profound process of inner sounding and then assimilation of their own emotions and thoughts.
